Everything from Home 360 was awesome from the phone conversations day 1. They were very polite and helped me with all my questions and got me set up with the appliance man. When he got here, he explained everything he was doing and what caused our issues on dryer. Then worked on our ice maker and again he was explaining everything he was doing. Service was good but did not fix problem. I’ve had to empty AC overflow pan twice since you came. It’s a P trap issue and not an AC drain line issue. I’ll call tomorrow.
Shane Hebert is an absolute master of his craft (PLUMBING). He is thoughtful, explains what he is doing and why he is doing it, is incredibly efficient (while considering customer cost and helping them weigh pros and cons), not to mention just an incredibly friendly guy. Home 360 is so lucky to have him representing them.

I was notified that he was going to about 15 minutes late, which nowadays rarely happens. He handled the first job quickly, while also pointing out the issues that were against the code. The second problem I just told him , “It doesn’t work.” He did his due diligence to work through the problem, eliminating each potential problem, correcting each issue before moving on to the next one. He was excellent, very professional and gave me great service. Will use Mike Farrar for any future electrical projects that I have.

My husband and I have been Home360 customers for years. Home360 is my go to whenever we need repair or maintenance services for our home. Our latest job was a leak repair and repaint for our master bath ceiling. Johnny quickly repaired and painted our master bath ceiling, and it looks FANTASTIC!!! I will definitely continue to use Home360 for all of our repair and maintenance needs. They are professional, courteous and customer service driven.

The most recent service which as an electrician was not a good experience. To rank his service, I would say it was a FAIL.
The service call charge was not reasonable being that he checked two elementary task, that being did a light fixture have power and whether an electrical socket had power. The electrician was on site less than 30 minutes. His power check DID NOT include any trouble shooting techniques. The service call was $168. We also did not accept his work proposal to change 3 light fixtures which he quoted as an additional $520. Please note that the fixture cost averaged less than $18 each. We have used Home 360 for many years; however, if a future experience results in a FAIL, we will discontinue the Home 360 loyalty.
