Luis, came on a Sunday to fix the AC. He was polite and very professional. He completed his work in a short time.

The dispatcher, Sabrina, was also polite and professional.

The plumber, Shane Hebert, knew his business. He did an excellent job. Also I had an emergency situation with water leaking heavily in my kitchen. He knew immediately how to deal with the problem and arrived quickly to respond. The person who answered the phone was very helpful in getting help rapidly.

Mr. Bolin is repairman extraordinaire! He came as soon as he could to check the problem with my A/C unit, arranged to get the part, said he would be here at 8:30 the next morning! He was true to his word, arrived promptly and had my unit humming by 8:45am. Great asset to Home 360! I have already told several friends about his response. Please tell him of my gratitude!

The person that did my job was very professional. He did a good job while he was here. The Last name removed was reasonable and the porch looks good. I have used Home 360 for years and have been satisfied with their work. Will continue to use them in the future.
