Alex is always professional and helpful. He does a great job spraying the yard for us. He does give me a heads up when he's on the way which I appreciate. I've had minimal issues with any type of bugs since They have been spraying for us. Two things I don't like are: they switched from billing every other month to every month and I used to get a text and a voice message a week before the yard spraying is scheduled and they stopped that. Otherwise they are very good
