I have had other pest control services, but they fell short, especially in comparison to HomeShield.
I am always notified ahead of time when they will be coming. And they show up as expected, unlike some of the other companies.
The technician always rings the doorbell when he arrives and asks if there's anything special that needs to be addressed. I have had employees of other companies park in front of the house, sit and check their phones for fifteen minutes and then drive off without doing anything!
The products that they use are eco-friendly and do not stink up the place. And when I told one of the guys that my aloes were having an issue with grubs, he added that on to my service. The other company most likely would have increased what they charged me.
