I don't want any toxic chemicals in my house. they use essential oils and non toxic materials. They accommodated for a short schedule and explained to me where are the likely area roach is entering from outside and sprayed their non toxic regimens. I felt relieved.

I appreciate receiving vm's and SMS reminders when Home Shield is coming to my home. It helps me plan to have the dog out and bring her in prior to arrival. If I can, I try to be available to talk to someone to alert them where I might need extra help if I've seen spiders, bees or other critters.
