I'm very happy with Home Shield and the service I get from them. I get quarterly sprays to my exterior but have had to call them back in between because of some ants in my house. My rep is always friendly and professional. I feel so confident in their services I recommended them to a friend who was having a big ant issue and she ended up signing up. She was also very happy with Edward's service. Highly recommend if you want an ant-free house.

Customer service is excellent. All of their reps are helpful, friendly, and understanding every time I call. Field service is what I'd expect to be average (I haven't used any other service, so I don't have anything to compare it to).

We switched to Homeshield about 6 months ago and everything has been great. Every Pest Control Tech they have sent out has far exceeded my expectation. I have learned more about pests than I ever thought possible. They are very commutative while they are working.
