I have been cycling for many years, and I'm not that mechanically inclined. BikeSport has always taken really good care of me and all my bikes. My wife's, too.
Most recently, I had an issue with my carbon fiber road bike shifting. After many recurrences of the same issue, and some replacement parts, and much disappointment, Jeff Lorish took my issue to Trek and got them to agree to give me a big discount on a replacement bike.
I just picked up that bike yesterday. I'm very happy with the consideration from Jeff, BikeSport, and Trek. I am hopeful that this bike will be better than my last one.

Pride, Sam, and Harvy kept me posted during a repair that called for parts from Utah. The pick up and delivery of my trike made the repair possible, as I have no means of transporting it.

Great service and communication
I brought in a couple tires that needed new tubes. They made the repairs while I waited and only took about 15 minutes. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable.
The staff took time and listened to all of my questions and concerns.
