Everyone was very knowledgeable. They had me in and out within the hour. Answered every question I had about my bike and what they recommended for next steps to keep my bike in tip top shape. Allowed me to watch and explained why they were doing the services and what it helps to prevent. Would highly recommend to anyone starting to get into biking or services for the experienced riders.

I like Trek bikes. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. For repair and maintenance purposes, I like dealing with a bike store that is local to where I live.
Willing to help and make minor adjustments while I wait or will tell me if they can’t get to it. And explain what is wrong in an easy to understand way. Seem to always get it done faster than they estimate.

Received excellent service with getting broken pedals fixed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shop has a nice selection of parts and new bikes.
First, My sons hard on his bike so having bikesport in the area is great. I brought my sons bike in to be fixed for a bent derailer bracket and they repaired it quickly and performed a slight adjust to make sure it was completely ready. A+++
I will never buy another bike from anyone else other than bikesport...i went to walmart and REI and Dicks and i got no help etc. Bikesport was so intimate and all over it.

The people are amazing in the shop! From the service team to the leadership. Everyone has been A1 from the first day I set foot in the shop. I’ve sent many people to Bikesport, taken all of my bikes there, and my friends bikes and well. I also purchased my first new bike from Jeff and the team! This is the only bike shop I trust with my bikes.

The bike was ready when promised. I requested the Complete service (Level 2) and it came back looking brand new!
The Trek 7.1 is 15 years old. I was not expecting and was not going to ask that BikeSport honor the lifetime free service on the bike considering the age of the bike and the change in store ownership. However, BikeSport brought the lifetime free service up without me asking and that translated to a $50 savings on the Level 2 service and an overall $77 savings.
I was confident in BikeSport's inspection and recommendations for parts. I thought the recommendations and price were reasonable and proceeded.
Guys in the shop were friendly and knowledgeable. Got my son’s bike finished early!
