First, My sons hard on his bike so having bikesport in the area is great. I brought my sons bike in to be fixed for a bent derailer bracket and they repaired it quickly and performed a slight adjust to make sure it was completely ready. A+++

The people are amazing in the shop! From the service team to the leadership. Everyone has been A1 from the first day I set foot in the shop. I’ve sent many people to Bikesport, taken all of my bikes there, and my friends bikes and well. I also purchased my first new bike from Jeff and the team! This is the only bike shop I trust with my bikes.

The Trek 7.1 is 15 years old. I was not expecting and was not going to ask that BikeSport honor the lifetime free service on the bike considering the age of the bike and the change in store ownership. However, BikeSport brought the lifetime free service up without me asking and that translated to a $50 savings on the Level 2 service and an overall $77 savings.
I was confident in BikeSport's inspection and recommendations for parts. I thought the recommendations and price were reasonable and proceeded.

I've been buying bikes and bike parts from BikeSport since before they were in Trappe. I bought a nice Bianchi racing bike back in 1997 which I still have, and several Bikes for various wives and all my children.
