Great bunch of mechanics – dedicated, honest and competent.
Every mechanic I've delt with seemed to take an interest in solving my problem. For example, once I needed two axels of varying specific lengths, diameters and thread pitch. Other shops dismissed me saying either they didn’t have the time or that the part was too rare and I should check elsewhere. Bikesport mechanics identified the axel’s characteristics and proceeded to hunt through their cache, found one and then directed me to the website where I was able to get the other. (They would have ordered it for me, but I was hoping to find it locally due to me being in a rush.)
Services were done in a reasonable time frame and at a reasonable cost. Staff gave good suggestion as to what needed to be serviced.
