First, Pryde and the other staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Pryde took the time to help me size and determine what type of bike would be most beneficial for my purposes, rusty (spin bike only) abilities, confidence (or lack there of), and short stature. Co workers convinced me to register for a women’s sprint triathlon and I needed a bike that wouldn’t break the bank and that I could use everywhere. After first visit, I went to another local bike shop to try another brand for size but quickly returned to Bike Sport. Pryde helped me feel at ease that he would put me on a safe bike. And to top it off, he knew I wanted a bike to keep at the campground that could be beat up. He found a used mountain bike in the color I wanted for the price I would’ve spent on a crappy Walmart bike. I couldn’t be more impressed and genuinely grateful for the products and service Pryde and Bike Sport has given. They gained a customer! The perks of buying local do outweigh purchasing a product such as a bike online. Don’t do Amazon!!

I'm blown away by the quality of your service! Last fall I bought a well-used, 30-year-old Trek 730 Multi-Track to see if I could resume bike riding, which I had given up after heart surgery. Sure enough, I could still ride, but the bike was pretty poor: wobbly wheels, miserable shifters, worn-out derailleur, worn-out pedals, dry-rotted tires, etc. Having had positive experiences at your store in the past, I brought my bike in for evaluation, fully expecting to be told fixing it up would be a waste of money. Jeff and a couple of his guys looked it over carefully. He astonished me by saying, "Actually, this is a pretty great little bike. Yes, it needs attention, but it's basically in good shape." Your guys stripped it all the way down and built it back it better than new, with good quality parts, for half the cost of a new bike, with new trigger shifters, rear derailleur, 8-speed freewheel, Continental tires (great choice!), brake pads, grips, a wheel, and possibly more I haven't noticed. The wheels are true, it shifts like a dream, the brakes don't squeak, and it positively gleams in the sunlight. I now have a classic, quality bike which I can enjoy riding, and I believe I got a really big bang for my buck. Thanks a million.
