The main service guy is a great mechanic and super knowledgeable and helpful. I had my whole drivetrain rebuilt about a year ago and very happy with it. The younger front desk employee is also very informative and helpful and will show you around the new bikes and let you take a pressure-free test ride. You can tell that these guys know their stuff!

Recently to my bike in for service. Team at Bikesport explained and demonstrated in detail the areas on the bike that needed service and repair. No overselling. All products were in stock and bike was ready quickly.
