The people at BikeSport are knowledgeable and super friendly. I was at the store when someone who just moved into the area brought her bike in to be checked out to make sure it was in good condition. Jeff, the store owner put her bike on the repair stand, did an inspection. After a couple quick adjustments and lubing her chain he gave the bike back to the customer and told her that it didn't need anything else and that she didn't need to spend the money for a tune up.
In my opinion, that's the kind of bike shop that you would want to bring your bike to because they are honest and trustworthy.

Overall the service and personal attention to our needs was great. only constructive feedback is that for things that needed to be replaced/repaired, we were given very little in terms of options from a pricing standpoint. For example, if there are three or four different levels of wheel/tire, we were not presented with any option or recommendation. Just 'it needs a new wheel/tire, it'll be X dollars." I realize i could have also asked about options, but it would be nice to be presented with these, or even with just a recommendation that shows comparison to other options.

I went to the shop on a Sunday figuring I’d just drop my bike off for new tires and tubes and pick it up later in the week. Anthony was incredibly professional and had everything changed out and put back together in about ten minutes. I was so glad to not have to go without my bike for a few days. Thanks!
Mostly it's the service. Always top notch. I always feel like I'm riding a brand new bike when I get it back from the shop.
All employees are extremely patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. They take their time to evaluate your biking needs.
