My experience has been very positive for many reasons. The initial response was very quick and all the employees acted in a timely professional manner, making the flooding incident less stressful for me, the homeowner.
The Project Manager provided a helpful, detailed explanation as to the processes / steps involved. The Mitigation Manager and crew got the job cleaned up quickly and Barb's contracted service was also very thorough for their part.
I truly appreciated the Construction Manager's input, advice, patience and quick responses to my inquiries. The suggested /recommended rebuild contractor did an amazing job in reconstructing the basement and was also extremely helpful with his knowledge and expertise in matters foreign to me.

I received the best customer service in every person I had contact with. From the kind sweet person handling my request, the estimator and the gentlemen that came and did the work. It was an emergency situation and they were kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and came right out that day. It was an awful job to have to do and they did a wonderful work. I will never go anywhere else. You should be extremely proud of the staffing you have!!!! You just rarely ever see this anymore. I’m so grateful.
I found your people to be polite and attentive. They were respectful of our home and jobs were done quickly and efficiently.
I do sense there might be the odd communication issue between admin and the field, but if I am correct, it did not impact the job strongly in a negative way.
I will recommend Service Master, but with a caveat regarding there might be intermittent communication issues.

Every person who came to my home was respectful, kind and caring. Went above and beyond to reassure me that everything will be alright they let me know exactly what they were doing and came back everyday to check. All of the staff were very nice and polite. They were very prompt for appointments and very flexible in working around my needs. They kept me up to date and let me know if there were any issues. This is the 4th restoration company that I have worked with and they have been excellent.

The staff is exceptional. I was called before every service call, they worked around my schedule, they were always prompt. They explained what they were doing, set up the fans so I could get in and out, and made sure the door was closed so my pet wouldn't get out. They were always polite and efficient. They vacuumed up where they were working. I am delighted to rave about this service.

A couple different crews came to my house and they got the dehumidifier and fans going and everyone was very nice. The only bad thing was my carpet in the hallway got cut/sliced when one of the workers was cutting the plastic to tape onto the carpet.
