My basement is a nightmare, full of stuff like a garage. I had a leaking sewer pipe. They did a great job getting everything up off the floor and on blocks. My basement was back to normal after about a week.

I used servicemaster for water mitigation services after some sudden water damage to my condo. Although it took a while to begin service, this was in no way their fault. There was a winter storm before my water damage happened which was bad luck for all. I would say the wait was worth it and I am happy with the service provided. Cameron was very helpful and friendly and the work was done within his estimated timeframe. They work with my insurance which was great. My condo is now dry and clean and ready for rebuild! Thank you!
My house had interior damage as the result of a roof leak, and my family chose ServiceMaster Restoration EMT to handle the mitigation and restoration services. Their Emergency Management Team (EMT) was fantastic! The project coordinators, Don and Patricia, made sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. The EMT technicians, Daisy, Chris, and Luis, were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. This hard-working crew got the job done right! We highly recommend ServiceMaster EMT for any restoration needs.

Steve who initially took my call, he first came to look at the situation I had, and was so reassuring. Jeff, my project manager, explained the whole process and answered all my questions. Denise and her team were amazing! She told me she would take care of everything and left me feeling very reassured, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. And she was so right about that! She explained everything they would be doing and took great care of my belongings. She also brought laughter to her work and made a very stressful situation feel less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone!
