The 1st time he came to my house, he was so polite and he explained everything to me what was gonna happen, how it was gonna happen and why they are doing what they were gonna do. And then mister Eric and Juan showed up. They were the 2 politeest young men I have met in a while. Mister Hector stayed in contact with me during the whole process.
