The restoration team is efficient and quick. They come in and remove your furniture in order to position their equipment. To me the process is hassle and anxiety free!
The insurance company called Service Master on my behalf. Before I had finished the call with the insurance company they were calling me. They handled everything. All the wet drywall and insulation were removed, the room was sealed to limit dust to the rest of the house. Dehumidifier were placed and successfully dried out my house. Wish I could get the solar company to move as fast as Service Master.
They were quick to respond to our lose and start mitigation.

Darrin and his team did a wonderful job on the pack out for my mother's home after a flood. They were patient and kind to my elderly mother, and treated her with dignity and respect. Very efficient, didn't have to wait forever for a call back and they communicate very well and I have to say the woman that schedules the work is very efficient and the workman were just as professional.
Although the remediation process is still ongoing due to the holiday delaying the results of the asbestos swap to determine the necessity of the removal of the old tile flooring which was discovered under the wet carpet. So far the personnel from ServiceMaster have been knowledgeable and professional. The same cannot be said for our assigned adjuster from Erie Insurance (Bryon Bosley) who has maintained very little communication with my wife and I so far in this process!
Very professional and great customer service. Tech made it to my home within an hour of me making a call for help when my basement flooded preventing further potential damage. Basement was dry within 3 days.
