Every worker here, for the last two weeks did an outstanding job. After having a fire, I needed all my walls, wiped down, the things on my walls, wiped down, furniture, cleaned, kitchen, cleaned within an inch of its life, and everything else in my house including the HVAC ducts. All of the workers were very careful with my belongings. I don’t know of anything that was damaged. And I have a lot of stuff in my house. Most of it, vintage, antique, collectible, and that sort of thing. They were all very pleasant to be around , I enjoyed talking to them and getting to know them a little bit. They kept me informed of when they were coming and going so that I could plan my day around their work schedule. I just really really appreciate the people that worked here and the outstanding job they did. I have already recommended ServiceMaster, and I would recommend it again for anyone needing that type of work done. I would have liked to be able to have access to the information you provided to the insurance company though. When I spoke to the insurance adjuster, he asked me to send pictures. I was assuming this was something that you were providing. My wife and I also felt as if you were pushing hard to do the restoration work. I felt you were intimating that the contract for restoration was already yours. Also, there were a lot of different people coming in and saying they were the supervisor. My wife and I had questions, but very few answers.

Service Master was fantastic in their response to my flooded basement. Melvin and his colleague came to my home and quickly removed addressed the problems they found. They brought in 39 (correct) special drying fans and additional large humidifiers to help bring the moisture levels under control. They came back three additional days, and removed other flooring elsewhere in the basement and also moved all the furniture, as moisture had permeated the entire level. Their service was exceptional and I'd like to emphasize that I will highly recommend service master without hesitation. Exceptional work!!
