I had some water damage in my basement. I was recommended to call Service Master and they came out & assessed the situation and cleaned up my basement. All with a very polite attitude and kept asking if I had an questions. Explained what they were doing and why. I would definately recommend Service Master for and restoration jobs needed.

So far, we are so happy with the service we have received. The water leak happened early morning of 2/12/24, I made a phone call to my insurance company around 11 am, by early afternoon same day, ServiceMaster guys were here and from day 1 till the day they finished, they did a great job., so friendly, on time, Chelsea was always on top of everything.
All my family and friends can not believe the great service I have been getting, compared to other company's they have used.

This team is on their game!! Zack, the project manager, James, the reconstruction manager and the excellent crew not only knew what they were doing, they knew how to put me at ease, explain the process and smiled through the whole thing! They worked late and on weekends and I never saw so much as a frown from anyone. So impressed with this company!
