Cristian, our technician, was great. He communicated his arrival almost to the tee and was super friendly. Our carpets were a mess and he was honest and straightforward about cleaning outcome and he was pretty much correct. They do look great!

Daisy was so PROFESSIONAL, explained what was going to be done, was punctual on appointments, was responsive when I needed to call her for a questions. She was polite and extremely pleasant throughout the restoration process. Daisy Madrigal is a strong 10 star on your team!
The workers are friendly, knowledgeable, well equipped, considerate of us and our home, and left the area clean and tidy.
Very professional and hard working
The people of Service Master were veryful in telling us what to do, taking action and providing great feedback. This is important to us because we are not at the location where the damage occured. They provided pictures and suggestions which made this accident easier for us to deal with. I am so pleased that they are on "our side". Thank you for being there.

I absolutely recommend Service Masters Niagara. Everyone on the crew worked hard and did great work - competent and prompt. They were good guys. They made a point of explaining what was needed, making sure the job was completed to my satisfaction - and happily, everything was beyond what I expected. All their representatives were quick to respond to calls/texts, and always showed up on time. Fantastic customer service!

My experience with ServicMaster has been great so far.
