I was kept informed on every step they were doing to resolve my water damage. Was always notified on a call ahead when they were in route to my home. Very courteous of noise and clean up. You didn’t restore anything. You don’t look for the leak. Your guys made suggestions as to where it might be. The guys were nice. You were never going to do the restoration because of the distance. All you did was remove some wood and the wet wall board. I’m sorry, maybe it’s not your fault, but I’m upset because my house is torn up and I still don’t know how it’s going to be fixed.

This is not the first time we hired them we have our basement cleaned out in 2002
