Our project is not complete enough to look for the return of the items that were being cleaned of smoke and soot at the Service Master facility.
....good friendly people. Don't like the noisy machines. If you had quieter machines to dry out the floors you would get much better compliance in leaving them on.
Your technicians were quick to respond, especially given the volume of calls you must have received after the torrential rains. They even found our sump pump (we had no clue where it was, and the fact that it had failed enabled us to file an insurance claim -- so thanks!).

When our washing machine overflowed into seven rooms Josh came out with his vacuums, heaters and a smile. He did a fantastic job. We had no idea the process would take so much effort to restore our home back to normal.
Fast,neat,clean,effiecient and Tadd,Matt, and Jim were the best. Don't lose theses employees they are hard to find.Also Andrew was very helpful too. Also now that I am thinking about Bonnie from the office was supervid.

ServiceMaster of Wilmington is an honest reliable company. They do what they say they will do in a timely manner. If there is a question or a problem, you are notified immediately and asked how you want to proceed. If I had a question, and had to leave a message, they responded within a 24 hour period. If the person I spoke with didn't know the answer, they didn't "fudge" an answer - They were honest and said, I don't know, but let me talk to someone who does and I will get back with you.I highly recommend Service Master!
