The crew arrived on time, were professional, and worked hard to address the damages. They were a great to work with. My only complaint was how they sealed up the window. They seemed at a loss on what to do.

Promptness to our request for service. Employees were helpful and easy to work with. They were very considerate of our tenants and were willing to try the least invasive/expensive methods of remediation first.
One negative was that we had to ask the service person to check the wall behind the tub that had overflowed to see if it was wet - he had not checked there and indeed, there was moisture that had to be taken care of.

This was the first time I ever needed to use a company like this so I cant compare this company to any other service restorer. But I was happy with the service they took care of the flood problem I had. I did not need to have my carpet replaced they had plenty of air movers to help dry everything out quickly. They work around my work schedule which was really nice.
