All went well. There were two guys who came to our house, both courteous. However the last day went just one of them came back (do not remember the name but he was short and thin), he was not happy and showed it when I asked him to cover the hole in my den ceiling with plastic because he didn't have a ladder to do it. When I volunteered mine he did it but was not happy about it.
