You monitor the tanks, so I don't have to worry. You come when you agree to fill the tanks without me having to call. You are neat when you come. I don't have to wait around waiting for you to come. You let me know you came. You send an invoice. What's not to love!

I've found Downeast Energy to be reliable, and dependable. Communication is great and any questions I've had have been answered immediately. I am sorry that Downeast is no longer a Maine based company, but I have seen few, if any, changes since that took place. Pricing is a bit higher than other companies but I would recommend Downeast without any reservations.
