We use propane and it’s very easy to schedule changes in delivery or emergency deliveries. Downeast always accommodates.

Oil and propane deliveries always take place as scheduled. We just had a service call about annual furnace inspectioin/maintenance. Alec was prompt, efficient, and helpful.

we have been with Downeast for more than 35 years starting when it was Roger Young. The service has always been good. Mu only objection was the extra fees for hazard fee and desiel fee.
