Easy to work with
The office staff in Brunswick have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. Delivery’s are always made in a timely manner. And I am grateful for the special pricing because of my membership with Elijah Kellogg Church.
Except for two glitches early this season (I am on automatic but ran out twice), the process has gone well. Also - I was compensated well for the first error. Just fyi - that seriously impacted my attitude:)

I like the fact that it’s less costly than oil & electric heating by far and oil over 5.00 a gallon.one year I spent 2400.00 for oil,2 years back 1200.00 for heat pumps but when the temperatures dropped below 20 degrees were not efficient for keeping me warm,with propane I’ve spent about 1200.00 and warm.
Deliveries are scheduled by Downeast I don’t have think about this. They show up when I am having a problem and have it fixed before they leave.

There has been a lot of negativity lately about Downeast Energy but I have been a customer for years and never had any problems with them. We have auto delivery and they always show up with fills way before running out. Also have a service contract with them and service has been great.
