Due to the per gallon propane rate that I was receiving from Downeast Energy Being higher than comparable rates from other providers in my area, I was prepared to go to another propane company who provided me with a per gallon quote that was considerably less than the Downeast rate that I had been charged for my recent fill.
I figured I would give them a chance to adjust my rate to a more competitive rate for my specific service, so I called Superior and received a call back from Tyler Seibert. Tyler worked with me and offered a very reasonable rate as an adjustment to be applied to my current bill.
Tyler was personable and professional, and did what he said he would do. He is a positive reflection on Superior Propane and Downeast Energy.
I plan to continue to be a long-time loyal customer.
I love that it is local! When I call or have any needs I get an associate who is in my state and knows what I am talking about when asking questions. I rarely have to call though because their deliveries are on time, their billing and plans are for me, and overall they've got it together!

Always prompt service. The last few years youve sent subcontractors to my residence for repairs due to tech shortage and they've all been great! Oil/propane deliveries are always done within a few days or a weeks time. I've been a customer for over 20yrs and I'm very happy with Downeast!
