I absolutely would recommend Trek bikes to anyone looking for a quality bike at a good price. I’ve owned 5 Trek bikes and all of them have been well made, and having a plethora of Trek shops around is nice in the event you need a tune-up or service.

My most recent Trek purchase was an Allant+ 8S. It’s powerful, quiet, has a great battery life, and handles well. It has a comfortable yet sporty geometry, and hides its weight well. High quality components and frame. Has just about everything you could want in a commuter bike. I do wish the handlebar was a little wider, but that’s just personal preference and probably lends to the sporty feel I referenced earlier.

My order process was smooth. I purchased online, and it arrived at my local bike shop in 3 days (even though we had a historic blizzard when I ordered it). They set up the bike for me, and it was pretty dialed when I picked it up. I did adjust and re-torque a couple things to be safe (saddle, grips, and handlebar), but the derailleur and brakes were adjusted well. I was offered a free tune-up within a year of purchase, and now have a LBS that I feel I can trust that knows my bike.

Once again, I cannot recommend the Allant+ 8S, the Trek brand, or their direct-to-consumer sales model enough. Was a 10/10 experience!

The shipping was quick. The bike was packaged very well. Build up was minimal, all the necessary tools were included. The bike was tuned up very well. Just had to tighten the shifter cables a tad after a couple of rides. I would definitely do this again.

Really Good seevice when it came to getting my parts. Just wish u guys would sell a set of screws if the part needs two screws. A lil annoying when i have to buy 2 of them seperately. Other than that happy so far
