I have been thoroughly enjoying the Enhanced Fitness class at 1 p.m. with Alesa. She is a really fun coach and keeps the class interesting as well as teaching us how to be safe doing exercises. Alesa has a wonderfully sunny attitude and keeps us moving so that we all feel we are doing our best while working out with this class! I am seeing a good amount of progress in gaining strength, balance, and increased energy!! Just what the active older adult needs to continue to be active into their eighties and nineties!! Lots of excellent equipment, swimming pool, steam room and friendly staff.
The facility is well planned and well maintained. I especially like the chair yoga class on Thursday mornings. The teacher is excellent, and I love her inspirational words at the end of class.
I like the location 10 minutes from my house. It is kept clean, especially the looker room and the swimming area, hot tub and sauna. I especially like the aerobic and weight lifting areas which I use most often. also the staff is very helpful and support the members very well.
