I love the variety of types and times of the group exercise classes. The instructors are excellent, too. All the staff try to get to know the members, which make us members feel welcomed. The locker rooms are kept clean; I don't hesitate to shower there. The Y is also a great place to meet new people who care about their health.

The Senior Classes are very good, you learn what to do and what NOT to do

I enjoy all the exercise options that are offered. The whirlpool and steam room are excellent after a good workout. Staff are friendly and helpful.
