Enhanced Fitness Class, the pool, hot tub, and meeting friends, etc.

This facility is less crowded. Layout is nice
And I love my instructor!!

I like the atmosphere, friendly staff, convenient location, and hours. It’s good to be around people working out with the same goal of staying in shape or getting better fit.

The whole package. I have been going for 10 years. I'm in better shape at 80 than I was at 50.

The Senior Classes are very good, you learn what to do and what NOT to do

The people in childwatch always treat my kids with respect. They love and care for my children while they’re there and I appreciate that more than anything. Thank you for offering a safe environment for my children

I enjoy all the exercise options that are offered. The whirlpool and steam room are excellent after a good workout. Staff are friendly and helpful.
