I'm glad we can use any Y it's nice to see other's Y's different pool set ups. I can only use the warm pools because if my joints. This is extremely important for my decrepted body. The Dupont Y only had a cold pool available broken heater. You need to get problems fixed faster.

It is a great community fitness center that has a wide variety of workouts and classes for all ages. The sauna and steam room are added bonuses.

Love my Enhanced Fitness class. The work out is Spot On! Aleasa and Amanda give us a challenging workout with great music. Truly enjoy the social atmosphere

The y is a great place for families to get exercise and fun. I love child watch so I can have me time and my child is safe and having fun. They have plenty of equipment of for all types of exercise, track and pool. The hours could be later on the weekend though. Plenty of other programs as well for learning and gathering. We’ve been members off and on since 2007 or 08!
It's just a great place for exercise at any and all levels. People are very courteous and helpful in many ways ways just to make sure you're having a safe and healthy time.

The young man who scanned my card was very cordial and helpful. I had a question and the lady at the desk was busy. He answered it for me. The indoor track was not busy at the time I went to walk.
