Locker room , showers are excellent.
Good variety of classes. Friendly instructors. My favorite classes are Enhanced Fitness, Pilates and yoga classes. The entire building has a nice energetic atmosphere to it.

Staff are always friendly, the class instructors are very good, the schedule is reliable and when there are changes they send a text so you are informed. The facility is very good, and there is usually ample parking, even when they are busy.
The staff are encouraging and super friendly the facility from the bathroom to the pool is immaculate.
The friendliness of the people who work there and also the people who come there to exercise . But I do have a concern : the younger men mess around on their cell phones too long while tying up a machine when we’re busy and a lot of people are using the machines & waiting . Something needs to be said about guys texting their friends while on the machines . Thank you
