As a senior, the Y is very important to for several reasons. It gives us a chance to exercise, communicate with others, and educate us in many areas of health and living.

My daughter loves coming each week. She has improved so much! She loves swimming.
Absolutely love the extensive offering of machines, free weights, cardio machines, and the running track. The biggest plus for me, however, is the 24/7 access, which allows me to workout well before the Y is staffed and open, and is the ultimate convenience.

I like the variety of exercise equipment and machines. I like the fact that I don’t usually wait to use a machine, but if I do, I can jump to another machine easily. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly, welcoming staff
Cleanliness, staff, lots of things to do. Kid friendly and someone to watch kiddos. Also the elevator is a plus. Great place to go to with family and friends.
Everyone is friendly I go to SS almost every M W & F. I also like the bingo and luncheons. I love my SS instructor ( Jodi). I’ve gone to other senior classes at another Y but this class is so much better
