The staff and instructors are great, friendly and caring. My family and I always feel welcome and like we belong there. The facility is well cared for and clean. I like that they engage with the members and have multiple ways to be involved beyond just working out. There's plenty of fun activities to get involved with.

I love Karen's Wednesday night yoga class! Facility is always clean and well kept.
I have been doing personal training sessions with Josh for about a month. He is helping me with learning new strength training exercises to add to my workouts. I appreciate the time he has taken to learn about my current training routine and what I want to accomplish with personal training.
I am enjoying implementing what I have learned from him and I am already seeing positive results! His knowledge and encouragement have made this a great experience for me!

I enjoy the y for many reasons. The fitness equipment is great. Walking indoors during the winter is priceless.
It was good only think is every Y I have been to dont offer many classes if any in the evening and I work during the day so I t s hard to enjoy going when I want classes like water aerobics or senior classes. Other than that I do enjoy going to the Y
