The gals at the pool are amazing. (Deb, May, and Valentina). They have taken me from not getting in the water because of fear to being almost able to float. I am definitely still a work in progress. But I am making forward strides.
I also meet with Lauri as my coach. She is also wonderful. She has come up with a plan for me. I try to work out at least 3 days a week.
So far so good.
Friendly and very clean
We like being able to come in and have machines available to continue my husband's Cardiac Rehab routine, through Parkview. He's been instructed on which machines, the levels and length of time to continue his routine. So far, the same machines have always been available and he's able to maintain his heart health and progress he has made over the past 3 months. These same exercises work for me, while I continue to monitor his activity!

We love the warm pool! Corbin and Vivi treat us like family, super friendly and welcoming. My littles love playground and it’s always clean.
