The staff are encouraging and super friendly the facility from the bathroom to the pool is immaculate.
The friendliness of the people who work there and also the people who come there to exercise . But I do have a concern : the younger men mess around on their cell phones too long while tying up a machine when we’re busy and a lot of people are using the machines & waiting . Something needs to be said about guys texting their friends while on the machines . Thank you

I was able to walk one mile upstairs with all people treating everyone with respect. There was a chair available when I had to go out and rest.
You have a variety of exercise machines, the employees are friendly and the trainers are great at their jobs.

The pool is nice. It’s kind of expensive and often so crowded I can’t get on a machine. I also hate when people sit on a machine they’re not using.
Jackson Lehman has the best facilities. After having to swim at other Fort Wayne Y's, due to the yearly pool maintenance shutdown, Lehman's pool and locker room facilities are outstanding in comparison!
I have the ability to engage in multiple activities with my children without feeling crowded. Staff is always friendly!

I like the socialization that I‘ve experienced since joining the Y. I found that after I retired I missed being around people. I’ve made so many friends between my stretch class and playing pickle ball.

I really enjoyed working with my personal trainer, Lauri. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She always makes me feel comfortable in sharing my needs and she shared so many options to me to focus on my goals. I feel so fortunate to have worked with her!

Staff are always friendly, the class instructors are very good, the schedule is reliable and when there are changes they send a text so you are informed. The facility is very good, and there is usually ample parking, even when they are busy.
