The shoes are fabulous, I work 12 hrs shifts and am on my feet all day except for breaks and the few minutes I sit and chart and my feet don't hurt after work, the staff is very helpful and genuinely care about what's best for me and my comfort and the price I pay for my shoes and.insoles are very reasonable, I recommend Fleet feet to the Dr's and visitors.

I had an appointment. When I walked in the sales associate said she could help me but quickly looked at her watch. I tried to explain my foot situation and the issues with shoes, but felt like the sales associate was distracted and didn’t fully understand my situation. During the appointment, the sales associate looked at her watch at least 6 times. I asked twice if she needed to be somewhere else, as I was willing to wait for someone else, but she declined. I felt rushed, stressed and just wanted to get it over with. I ended up buying shoes, but will determine if they are what I really wanted/fit my feet correctly or if I need to return the shoes . I will never return to the Elk Grove location. I have always had a nice experience at the J St location. The sales associates there are willing to work with me, and will take as much time as necessary and I have never felt uncomfortable or rushed.
I like the service at Fleet Feet because everyone I have had is very knowledgeable in the products; so I am always happy with what I purchase at the store; I am on my feet for 12hours for my job so my shoes I wear are very important to me.

We went over all of the results of my Fit ID and gave every shoe that was recommended a try to see which one would be best for me.
