Clean facilities & helpful staff
I love the exercise classes! On the schedule are ones for the varying levels of fitness so that I am able to choose the classes that are best for me. I love especially the Holy Yoga classes which come from a Christian perspective and also the Enhance Fitness classes which are structured for older people to build strength, balance, and enhance agility.

The different equipment available to use, the inside as well as outside pool, the hot tub, nice changing rooms and adequate locker storage. The employees are nice and always ready to help you with anything you need.
