People are friendly. The facilities are nice. Love that there is a network. Ft Wayne has a great system. I grew up in Peoria IL, which is the second largest city in IL. It has one YMCA and it's not very nice. By comparison, Ft Wayne has options throughout the city and they are all very nice.

Excellent in every way (mostly). Just wish you had a cell policy that informed folks in the weight room that the weight machines are not telephone booths. Not only are these folks wrecking their minds, but they interfering with those who want to workout and get on their way. Other than that the Jorgensen Y is top-notch!

I like the work out facility and the convenience of getting there. Employees are friendly and helpful if you need assistance. Access to the outside walking trails is great. I like the whole experience of being around the farm. The sunflowers are my favorite.
It is a really nice facility. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderful, and all the gym equipment is plentiful. There are lots of group activities, or you can do your own thing. Something for everyone.
I hope the steamer and the jacuzzi is going to be separate woman and men

Jorgenson is a friendly place and the staff is helpful. It is nice to have coffee in the mornings available. Staff works hard to clean machines, which is very much appreciated. There were times in the past when dress attire was revealing and inappropriate, but recent the dress attire seems better. Also, the gym floor has hollow spots, especially under the baskets and the basketball does not bounce normally. I realize this is costly, but it needs to be addressed. Overall, Jorgenson is a very nice facility and well kept.

The front desk and Child Watch staff at the Jorgensen Y are always really friendly, the facility is clean, and we love that Child Watch rotates toys out to keep them fresh for the kids and cleans them as regularly as they do.
I like how friendly the staff is. Especially penny at the front desk and the aquatic staff.
