I like that the classes are included with the membership for no extra cost. I love using the pool and sauna too! I also enjoy the space in the locker room and all the machines. Everyone is so helpful at the Y, too!

We appreciate that our Y membership is covered by our Silver Sneakers. We also especially appreciate the water aerobics classes and the open swim times.

My neighbor man, and I like the friendly staff, and the coffee to drink. It is good to get exercise there riding a bike. My neighbor enjoys the pool. It is a great place to meet good people to engage into good conversations.
I used to volunteer there, and I miss it, however, it is good to see the little children walking like follow the leader. They are adorable.

I work as a fitness instructor at the Y and I see how many people benefit from the sense of belonging and the feeling of being part of something that’s good for them mentally and physically. Time and again I have members come to me and share how much the Y makes a difference in their lives in multiple ways.

the work environment at the y is the best! love all my coworkers, directors, and the positive, supportive atmosphere of the ymca! interacting with the members and getting to know them is what it's all about! i would recommend working here to just about anyone, especially since there are so many opportunities to learn different departments!!

How the sauna room is more private than most.
I do a thorough aerobic routine in the therapy pool. It's a great workout and I really love the warm water to work in. I also like The Walking track as well as the vast array of weights and weight machines.
I like that I can vary my workouts to keep them fresh and interesting.
