This is my “home base” since 2004. The facility is well kept and equipment is well cared for. The staff is so welcoming and personal. Great range of classes are offered and top notch instructors.

AJ is excellent. Her customer service is unparalleled. All the staff are friendly. Love the windows. I actually appreciate that there is no televisions on while I work out. It can be distracting, and sometimes the news channels do not all stress release one should get from exercise. I love the e-gym. It is very clean.
