The walking/running track is very nice. Variety of classes help us keep active. The Y is clean and a very pleasant place to workout!

This particular Y exceeds my expectations in every way. Every employee that I have come in contact with Sandra at the front desk, Tashanna's classes are the best. She is tough but also lets us know not to over do things and damage our bodies. The ones that clean are superb they do not leave anything untouched. Not a smudge or mark on the walls or floors. The pool temperature is excellent, as any cooler and it would not be doable, as these bones can't tolerate the cold. You can tell these people and the members as well care about this place and take care of it and keeps the place in tip top shape.

I go to enhanced fitness for older adults. Aleasa is our instructor. She truly cares about us. She challenges us and makes class fun.
Love the community aspect of the Y, and the youth programs
The YMCA changed my life! As a recent retiree I needed a new group of like minded friends who valued their health and wellness. I found a whole room of them in my Silver Sneaker and Enhanced Fitness classes. The Y also offered amazing instructors , a variety of programs and a clean environment to enjoy them in.

Sandy at the check-in desk near the ellipticals is a great asset to your organization. He’s friendly, makes a point of learning members’ names, and greets you when he sees you. Overall, he makes people feel genuinely welcome.
