Tammy and Victoria were very helpful. The install of the tank and line went smoothly and there was minimal damage to plantings during the install. They had an incorrect remote with them but said they would be back with the correct one, which i am still waiting on. A little disappointed with how noisy the pilot is, but I'm sure when winter comes it won't matter.

There is a bit of confusion in my mind, and in my filing system because I know them by 3 different names: Gas Inc., Freeman Gas and Superior Plus Propane. So I'll be glad when they settle on one name.

We would like to see the regular service day come back to our route. Also, would like to have the manager service the elderly {senior citizens} before the winter sets in, like the Freeman manager did --- it was so very nice to get our gas before the roads iced or snow came. The former manager was so customer /service oriented, and he was very thoughtful. Good customer service is the key to keeping good customers. We like the company we are with.
