We also enjoy the prompt delivery of propane when we request it. I prefer to top off my tank when it reaches the 28 to 30 percent remaining mark. My previous provider made me wait until it was 20 percent or lower. When it gets really cold I don't like the anxiety of my tank running low. Freeman has alleviated that for me.

The call service center is absolutely horrible, but the staff at the office are AMAZING!!!! I will only c a ll the service center if there is an emergency for a leak, otherwise I will go to the office directly, a 45 minute drive, but they are phenomenal and so helpful and nice.
