The staff in our local Ellijay office is great to deal with and always keeps their commitments and is very professional. I like the new phone app and the ability to receive my invoices and pay online. Also, I believe that your price per gallon is very competitive after hearing that some of my friends are paying more per gallon with other providers. I'd like if you could send someone to light my pilot lite on my gas logs and not charge me a huge fee. I burn gas all summer to keep the pilot light on since I am not proficient at lighting it myself.
