I was told the day before that it would be 21 days before someone came out and I had service on he next day. I also learned how to read the tank gauge.

Have always been very helpful and knowledgeable about there services. Only problem getting someone to talk to. Too reliant on the computer side which is a little schetchy.

My only complaint stems from the automatic monitoring of the propane level in our tank. When I physically checked our level the dial showed just over 40%. However, the online cite showed us at 63%. When the delivery came a few days later the gentleman pumped 293 gallons into our 500 gallon tank - bringing it up to 90%. The math doesn’t add up. 90% of 500 gallons is 450 gallons. Minus the 293 pumped in is 207 or roughly 41% —- which is what I saw, NOT 63%. The online monitoring system is far from accurate based on my observations.
Again, aside from the monitoring system, we’ve been very pleased with the service provided.

Had a terrible experience when calling superior gas. It took me 2 weeks of calling and being put on hold for at least 30 minutes at a time.
I was about to cancel everything and contact another company when I was finally transferred to Freeman gas in ellijay. They were very courteous and extremely helpful. The service men that came to my place to do the job were overly nice and helpful.
