Your administrative staff is very professional, but also courteous and personal at the same time. When you call to schedule a fuel refill, they are very exact about when you can expect delivery.
The biggest bonus is that you can still talk to a person as opposed to having to arrange the scheduling on line. Please don’t ever change the personal inter reaction between your company and your clients.
