Great service and very professional
Absolutely reliable deliveries. We live in a rural area and have a somewhat challenging driveway and the driver(s) have always negotiated it safely. The staff at the local office is courteous and handles any questions or concerns (not that there have been any of significance).
In late 2021, this company also installed our propane log set, set up a leaded propane tank to feed it, and did the piping to get it from the tank to the fireplace. The whole operation was reasonable (we had competitive quotes) and flawless. Additionally, when we purchased the home, we "inherited" a whole house generator and the tank that supplies that item. Inside staff helped us track down proof of ownership (our tank) when the seller couldn't produce it. That was invaluable. No reason to think we would ever change.

They were very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. They also had the propane truck out quickly for a refill on my tank. Office staff was very kind and professional towards me.
Misty handled my request exceptionally well as always. In addition the gentleman that delivered / refilled my propane tank went above and beyond and provided exceptional service. I wish the price of propane per gallon was cheaper as competitor prices are 20-25 percent cheaper.
