It was less than a week from request to delivery. Our driveway near the top of a mountain is a challenge, and I requested a small truck - the driver was glad that someone put a note on the ticket saying that, and he had no problems. Monkey (as he introduced himself) is a credit to the company and the human race in general -- competent, quick yet conversant, and just an interesting guy to talk to for the 10 minutes it took to fill our tank. He made the whole process simple and enjoyable.
