During the recent winter storms, both snow and ice storms, I was able to get a rep on the phone to order propane. My wait time was an hour on hold, not through any fault of Freeman, but due to high call volume. The rep was very kind and courteous with Superior (Freeman), despite having back to back calls coming at her non-stop. It took a couple weeks for delivery, but I was not in critical need and stated such when I ordered. Kudos to them for literally weathering the storm(s) and getting needed supplies to so many customers.

The local people worked hard to take care of my needs in a timely manner. The manager, Brad and office manager Amanda were very helpful and so was the driver. They need more employees and need the Clyde office reopened. Call centers don’t work. They don’t answer the phone and if they do, they tell you don’t have an account with them. They don’t know us or what they are doing when they are not local. That happened to me this past week. I am soo thankful that the sylva location was open and Amanda and the manager could help me as in fact I do have an account. The person at the call center that picked up an hour later did not know what they were doing. So to the powers that be, please listen to your employees on the ground. They need more help and know what they’re are doing. So thankful for my local Freeman employees that helped me.
