Great local customer service. I am generally concerned with delivery drivers and men around our home- as a stay at home mom with young children- but the folks with this company have been consistently kind and respectful, and dependable to deliver to very rural locations. I do not cringe when I get notice of them coming! And I trust that they will get the propane delivered without fail.

Excellent service.
Everyone we encountered was personable and professional. However, there seems to be a lot of issues on the administrative end where communicating directions to our house was a huge issue. One problem was the address. Our address is 261 Stack Rock Trail and NOT 176 Stack Rock Trail. Directions to the upper driveway didn't translate either, but working with the delivery truck driver that was sorted out and future deliveries should be straight forward. The invoice has Name removed and although he requested that both of us are on the account, my name is missing from the invoice I paid.

We reached out to Freeman Gas for installation in new construction. They responded immediately and within two weeks we had a site visit from one of their agents. We asked two other companies for quotes that did not follow through. So weird. Ameri-gas charged us $280 for a site visit, quoted us over $6K and the agent who walked the site with my GC did not even know what he was talking about. Freeman its professional, responsive and very fair in their pricing. We look forward to these qualities enduring as they provide gas service through the years. Thank you Freeman!
