You are very prompt with deliveries and keep us on schedule. Only negative is the billing. I have tried numerous times to either get email billing or snail mail. I actually went for both and still get neither. I am talking 3-4xs trying. I’ve given up and just remind myself to make monthly payments. I still gave you a 10 because Freeman Gas is good. You’ve out sourced the billing and they are a mess.

I haven't shopped, so I don't know that I'm getting the best price. But, I've dealt with Freeman since I moved into this house and Chris set me up with gas and a tankless water heater. I also was able to get Freeman as a supplier while I was at The Reynolds Company as Maintenance Manager. Never had any issues in either place.
I was here when Tim showed up this week to fill my tank. I really enjoyed meeting him and chatting a bit. Great guy.

GOOD Customer Service is vital to running any business, regardless of size or location. There have been issues with the changeover from Freeman to Superior. I am hoping that after speaking to Scott Davis in SC, that there will be fewer issues and better understanding from the company to the consumer. Thank you Mr Davis.

Excellent--- I would note--Your employee, Chris is a great representative or your company and is one of the main reasons I continue with your services. Chris helped me select a gas cannister and had it installed 8 years ago. Chris took me through your showroom helping me select and had installed at my home gas logs for my fireplace and later a tankless hot water system as well helping a friend I referred select gas logs and installing them through Freeman Gas.
Chris is very professional, personable and always follows through on any questions and servicing.
