Normally Freeman is great. We get our deliveries automatically on-time every time and the technicians are friendly and genuinely nice guys. After the hurricane they kicked it up another notch. The had a rep in a hotel taking calls and putting folks on delivery lists etc. and amazingly we got a top-off a just week later!

i rarely recommend anyone for anything... i've been severely let-down by past recommendations... however, i have recently recommended FREEMAN twice during the aftermath of hurricane Helene...
Need to establish emergency protocols for future disasters. Need backup power to pump gas so customers do not run out of fuel.

They were great, we were almost out of propane, and I started calling g on Monday morning I explained that we were low and I had medication that had to be refrigerated . At that time we had, no phones, internet or electricity. They were here Tuesday afternoon. GREAT GREAT service we have been a customer for a long time, We never had this issue in the past because of the storm everything was down,and is still down this is a week later, and they have not even started working in our area yet, it is a disaster. Thank God for freeman gas or the new name that are our hero. Plus everyone that I spoke to there was very nice. Would highly recommend this company
