I was on auto fill up but I did have to call to see if I needed propane. As it turned out I, I was down to 20 percent. I must have slipped through the cracks, but they immediately came the next day and filled me up.
The employees in the Greenville, SC office were very courteous and understanding. Specifically, the receptionist, Ms. Beth, and the manager, Scott, resolved a pricing issue for us and scheduled a prompt delivery of our LPG. We are appreciative of their attitude and response to our concerns. This is what customer service is all about.

This was our first experience with Freeman Gas. Chris and the Freeman gas crew was very professional and kept their word as to the way things would be preformed. I appreciate all they did to get the gas hooked back up in the church.

You are very prompt with deliveries and keep us on schedule. Only negative is the billing. I have tried numerous times to either get email billing or snail mail. I actually went for both and still get neither. I am talking 3-4xs trying. I’ve given up and just remind myself to make monthly payments. I still gave you a 10 because Freeman Gas is good. You’ve out sourced the billing and they are a mess.

I haven't shopped, so I don't know that I'm getting the best price. But, I've dealt with Freeman since I moved into this house and Chris set me up with gas and a tankless water heater. I also was able to get Freeman as a supplier while I was at The Reynolds Company as Maintenance Manager. Never had any issues in either place.
I was here when Tim showed up this week to fill my tank. I really enjoyed meeting him and chatting a bit. Great guy.
So, I'm happy doing business with Freeman. Good people.
The office that is in Greenville. The people are very very friendly and when you talk to him to get stuff done they get it taken care of. The call center that I got did not care for but the office in Greenville South Carolina was excellent.
